Any voter who declares, by reason of blindness, that he or she is unable to cast a vote as he or she wishes may receive assistance. The printed name and the signature of such person assisting a blind voter must be on the declaration.

Any voter who is vision impaired and wishes to cast a ballot, with no assistance, on a Touchscreen Direct Record Electronic unit, may do so on specially equipped units.

Any voter may request the poll official magnify their ballot or choose to magnify the ballot by selecting the magnify the ballot option on the Direct Record Electronic voting machine.

There is special equipment available to provide a verbal ballot. Headsets provide privacy.
